Our Story
In 1989, the Chairman of FFFAI, along with office bearers from Mumbai, visited Hyderabad with the goal of establishing a Customs House Agents’ Association in the city. Their efforts led to a collaboration with Mr. Rafeeq Iqbal, whose pivotal role was instrumental in the association’s formation and long-term success.
Mr. Rafeeq Iqbal remains a figure of immense historical significance to the association, with his active involvement and presence in its activities and events continuing uninterrupted to this day.
Meanwhile, Mr. Rajendra Bharathi took charge of the legal procedures necessary for the association’s establishment. He remains a respected and active member of the fraternity.
